Green Beans

Apparently Caitlin is allergic to green beans. I think we should have figured it out from her reaction to her first taste of green beans, instead of waiting for the rashes and swollen face. :(

Easter

I forgot to post Caitlin's Easter Day pictures. She was able to find her eggs with a little help from Kim and me.

Izzy

Caitlin loved spending time with her cousin Izzy. Caitlin had struggled to roll over before this weekend. After watching Izzy, Caitlin now rolls over with ease. Izzy is adorable, as can be seen by these pictures.

Visitors

We had a great time with everyone who was able to come for the baptism. We were able to spend several dinners together, eat at Perry Street Cafe, walk around the park, slide down the red wagon, eat dinner at Luna's, and play around the house. We wish we could have spent more time individually with everyone, but we enjoyed having a full house. Caitlin loved all the attention she received. She is beginning to get back to a boring schedule with just Mom and Dad around.

Baptism

Caitlin was baptized on April 18th. Caitlin will have great models of faith in Chris and Mary as her Godparents. We thank everyone who was able to come and celebrate the day and those who sent their prayers from afar. It was a great day.

Six month appointment

Caitlin had her six month well visit yesterday. She appears to be in good health. Here are her stats.

weight: 16 pounds 6.5 ounces (50th percentile)

height: 27 inches (90th percentile)

head circumference: 16 3/4 inches (50th percentile)

Her height seems inaccurate. She received her third round of shots. She did not like the shots and cried, but seems to be her normal happy self this morning.

She will get her first taste of peas tonight. Should be a fun show, and good cause for more laundry and photos.

We are overjoyed with the idea of our families visiting in less than a week. We hope everyone has a safe and timely trip.

Kim's Seattle Trip

Kim had her trip to Seattle this last week. Both Mom and Caitlin survived the separation. Here are some of our Father Daughter moments. Caitlin is scheduled for her 6 month appointment on Good Friday.
