Jack Jack

For those of you who need more Jack, here are some videos and photos from the past few weeks. He is a happy baby. His unofficial weight is 19 pounds. We will get an official weight in a couple of weeks when he has his four month appointment. He and his sister are getting along very well. We are a little hopeful as he as slept through the night for the past two nights. Last night he went to sleep at 7:20 and slept until 6:20. Caitlin also slept through the night. She has been scared of the dark and getting us in the middle of the night. So for the first time in a quite a while we slept the entire night in our bed.

Tricycle Ride

Caitlin learned how to ride a tricycle with the help of Grandma. She does not have the steering concept quite yet, but she picked up on the pedals quickly.

The Family Being Together

Here are some more pictures of the family hanging around the house playing. I should also mention that Caitlin had a great time when Pat and Bill came over to visit. Kim and I are grateful for the kid free night that we were able to spend in New York city.

Swimming Pool

Caitlin was able to spend a couple of days at the pool with Grandma and Mom. She played in the wading pool pouring water from watering cans. She also went into the bigger pools. She enjoyed jumping in the pools. Although I think Grandma and Albie had the most fun just watching her.

Petting Zoo

We spent one day at the petting zoo. We had a lot of fun seeing all the different animals. Caitlin chased chicken, but was never quite able to catch one. She feed the goats, sheep, and rabbits. She tried to talk to the pigs, but they just would not move for her. After the trip we headed to the pond to throw some rocks into the pond.

Swimming

There were plenty of very hot days in Simsbury. Caitlin enjoyed spending such days in the backyard splashing around in the wadding pool. Uncle Chris and Grandma were happy to splash around with her.

We had a great time in Simsbury visiting Grandma and Albie's. It was fantastic to spend so much time with Omi and Uncle Chris, who used up almost all his vacation days to visit with us. We spent a lot of time in the backyard playing on the swing.

Lee and Jen's Wedding

We were able to visit Clemson for a couple of days. We had a great time in the Presidents Box at Clemson for Lee and Jen's rehearsal dinner. The wedding was fantastic. Sadly I was not able to take many pictures. We had such a wonderful time. It was great to see our friends starting a new chapter in their lives. It was also a lot of fun to see so many of our friends all in the same spot. We miss everyone tremendously, We also hope to see everyone soon. We had a good trip to Hartford despite missing our connection flight.

Last day at the beach

We spent our last day visiting Santa Barbara beach. I think Caitlin enjoyed the carousel most of all. It was a great way to end a fantastic trip. We were then off to Clemson.
