Mo Willems
One of our favorite Authors is Mo Willems. The kids love the pigeon books as well as the Piggy and Gerald books. Mo happened to be at the Eric Carle Museum. So we took the hour trip to see the museum. The kids made a bus, drew some pictures, made wire sculptures, and played with out door chalk. We also saw some nice Mo Willems movies, including one that has yet to be released. They were quite enjoyable. Grandma bought Caitlin an umbrella and Jack a Duckling(pretend). Mo also signed some books.
More fun in Connecticut
We are having a lot of fun in Connecticut. Jen flew in from South Carolina which is a very nice treat. Jack enjoyed pretending the avocado pits where his eyes(he did not eat the avocado). We went to the Imagination Museum, which was a great museum for the kids. Lots of things to build with and other kid friendly activities, including surrounding the kids in a giant bubble.
Trampolines
We had a wonderful day bounding on trampolines. Grandma got into the act with a lot of bouncing. I was exhausted after playing a game of dodge ball with the kids and Mom.

Fourth of July in Connecticut
We celebrated the fourth of July in Connecticut with Grandma and Albie. It was a great concert with spectacular fire works.
Fathers Day
WE had a great Fathers Day. I received sleeping bags for the kids. We will use them on an upcoming camping trip in August.
